★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The killing shelter. They kill healthy baby seagulls and pigeons, just because they can. This freedom of taking innocent lives unnecessarily should be illegal and controlled by the government.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the best rescue association's in the world they are some of the most compassionate caring loving human beings the volunteers are amazing the staff are amazing.I just can't say enough about this place I love them and I've been dealing with them for 26 years please support them follow them , donate ? they are amazing they work off of donations only and provide such a huge service to the wildlife in B.C thank you so much for your services. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! they took in a little Warbler bird that flew into my bedroom randomly! Filled out a form and gave me a case number to follow up and get updates on the little guy. they do amazing work! Thanks to all the volunteers and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to take injured birds and small animals for rehabilitation. Very accommodating and freindly staff.
Though with the construction of the gas pipeline allow yourself some time. Seems like a silly route to put through next to adjacent lake and wetland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I volunteer here and I feel nothing more satisfying than taking time out to help injured or lost birds. They do not rescue mammals or raptors but have all the connections and ways to get those animals to help. Amazing staff and volunteers make the experience all the more better. This organization is gold. Support them when possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We watch two hummingbirds in our back yard going at it. Initially we thought they were mating but it turns out that wasn’t the case. My partner and I quickly rushed to the back yard to save the little guy that fell to the ground. We carefully picked him up and gently wrapped him in a tea town and placed him in a little shoe box. It was freezing out and his little tongue was starting to freeze. We spoon fed him lukewarm water to defrost his tongue which seemed to help then we began to spoon feed the poor little guy some sugar water. We then called wildlife rescue and left a message on the voicemail (this all happened on Boxing Day this Sunday). About 45mins later I got a call back and we were able to take Lionel in! (we named our hummingbird friend Lionel for whatever reason lol) anyways they were very friendly and happy to take him in just before the were closing up. I filled out an intake form and they gave us a case number if we wanted to follow up on him… which we definitely will! Thanks again for all that you do in your facility! Definitely appreciated :) fingers crossed for little Lionel to make a full recovery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave them a call after a mum duck and about 10 ducklings got stuck in my back yard and then the neighbors back yard by going under the fence. Within hours they turned up early evening and relocated the duck family. Very happy how everything turned out.
