Being 3000 miles away this becomes a trust factor. Last year as usual my sisters raved about their gift of joy! I will order again tommorrow this time while im in Florida and I know the call will come back to me after the delivery.. "Doug the flowers are absolutely beautiful , thank you so much!" ....No ... the credit all goes to the wonderful caring dedicated woman of Wildflower Floral. I was in the cemetery and funeral industry for 43 years and know about customer service, expectations and compassion. thanking you once again in advance for your professionalism . Shirley met with myself, my two neices (one by video chat) after hours because there was an extreme time crunch for the visitation date. She asked about my Mom..her likes...our likes....the arrangements could not have been more perfect. The attention to detail was impeccable. Shirley went out of her way to ensure her arrangements incorporated everything we held dear in our wishes. Her prices were very reasonable. I will go nowhere else. Shirley is perfect ? I am not a person who knows a lot about flowers, so my first meeting with the florist resulted in a lot of "I don't knows". Despite giving her absolutely NO information beyond colour and approximate size, she was able to pull together an absolutely beautiful combination of flowers for the bouquets. They couldn't have been more perfect, and I SO appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness. A true example of "when you don't know ask the experts"!
