I got a two year warranty with each of my fruit trees over the last 4 years when I bought plant starter at the same time. I had one tree die on me at the end of its second year and I got a replacement with zero Hassel and lots of helpful advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could do a lot better by educating the teen or young adult staff on customer service and respect. We Canadians are too polite supporting local businesses even though it is heavier on our purses. This business has lost my vote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have a decent experience here. Thanks to them my little home orchard is slowly filling up with specific varieties I am interested in. Mmmm granny Smith apples. Prices are usually a hair better here than the other large local nursery. Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. The description and photo of this item I ordered was not even close to what was delivered. When I called to express my concerns with what was delivered, I was told the item pictured would have needed to be repotted soon so what was delivered was better. Also those were the plants they had to work with. They offered no options for resolution. I still had to pay full price for a substandard item. I sent this plant to express my sympathy and was embarrassed by what was received.
