The best gym ever. Felt so comfortable when I was brand new to the gym world as they are super open and accepting of everyone! All the staff are very knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging. Amazing community of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we moved back to the Comox Valley we tried a few different gyms and honestly, as someone who was in the fitness industry for so long, I have high standards and I just wanted to find a new gym home!
After a few duds ? we found Wild and United. Such a great, inclusive community filled with care, generosity, and sneaky sweaty workouts. Great variety of classes and times, yoga and mobility add ons and more.
We love being at W&U ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started attending shortly after a surgery to help ease myself into recovery. 2 years later and I am still in regular attendance due to the amazing staff and class structure. Coaches are knowledgeable and can help adjust to any fitness level. Morgan is a wonderful owner and you will never lack for support or motivation with this team cheering you on.

Every single coach and trainer is so knowledgeable about fitness and different body conditions. They really care about their clients in every way. I always look forward to coming here!
