★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shelter stole my little brother's cat, Coco, off the street and renamed her Darlin, without asking anyone if they knew who she belonged to first!!! Now, my brother is moving away and he can't even see his cat one final time before he goes, because they are leaving in five minutes for another place and Coco is not with them. I am very upset with this shelter.
