★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother contacted you guys earlier this year regarding two broken windows and while we understand that you were in a car accident I don't understand why you're screening my calls and not responding to text messages we gave you guys the $50 deposit you did the inspection claimed you were going to order the glass and never did this review will change depending on the response.
Update* He has just gotten back to me 5 days after the last text I sent. After I recieved his flimsy excuse for the poor communication, and responded in kind. He had the audacity to claim that I drunkenly kicked in the window and attacked my own mother I didnt read his message at first so I was late to the response. After this he claimed he never got any messages from her, a bold faced lie I caught him in; and then to top it all off, he continued to claim that my mother herself was the one who told him this! I could not recommend someone less. You would have better luck DIY. At least it might get done this year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a broken horse trailer glass to be replaced in August. I have phoned and texted repeatedly. It is now November and I don't want to haul my horses with an icy winter wind howling in their faces. Now all I want to do is pick up the frame and drive it to Olds or Didsbury so I can get someone responsible to fix it so I can use my trailer. I HIGHLY do not recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on Saturday to change the seals in my Kenworths windows. Great customer service and actually cares about having repeat customers. Was more than accommodating with my schedule and fixed the issues caused by other glass companies. My seals were done with care and to the highest quality. When I picked my truck up the inside was clean. Highly recommend to anyone seeking new windows or seals. Will definitely return to Wild Rose Glass for all my windows.
