They went far beyond what they were required to, or expected to in order to ensure that my sister was receiving the highest level of care available. They went as far as to attend meeting to assist me with obtaining additional supports and funding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest staff, this company deserves more than 5 five stars in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not care about their staff or clients. Everyone is replaceable to them and you feel that when you speak to them, especially the office manager Lisa. Lisa is by far the worst of them all. She only see's value in people that listen to her every word. If you have a disagreement about her decisions she will terminate your services or take a great caregiver away from your loved one. Lisa truly lacks compassion and empathy and in no way should be managing people because she is AWFUL with them. She should have a job where she doesn't have any human interaction, it's truly scary she's a manager in a human services company for how completely awful she is with people. It would be in the company's best interest to get rid of her. My advice, there are many more amazing company's for better prices. Save your loved ones heartache and stay clear.

The staff are helpful, friendly and most of all very educated, informed and professional about the business of "Senior Care" I worked in the office as an administrator and witnessed day after day, the time, research and dedication to pairing caregivers and clients to ensure positive, successful matches to meet the clients needs. This does not happen without having solid experienced people.
I answered phones calls from family members who experienced a great sense of calm and trust in Wild Rose. These are people who take the business of "care" very seriously. If I were in need of this type of service, someone to care for my loved one, they would be my first choice without a doubt!
