We experienced our worst customer service here, ever. We blew a tire outside of Fenelon falls in a friday late afternoon. We changed to our donut but we were also told a family member had become very ill and we had to get out of town. We live in the area. We called this garage on the Friday afternoon explaining our situation but were realistic that Monday was going to be our reality to leave town. We MADE AN APPOINTMENT for when they opened Monday at 8am, eager to get to our family. We pulled in with a couple minutes to spare as they open. The owner Don was in a very foul mood. He rolled out a randome winter tire in July, literally threw it to our feet (and I am not joking) and said, theres your tire and walked away. As you can imagine the jaw dropping shock we had on our face as he huffed away. I said, what do you expect us to do with that? He spun around said "where are you guys from". We told him, we are new to the area but told him tne city....then he started to yell and swear at us, flayling his arms saying us f$*ckig city people cant even talk properly and rambled on. (Our look of shock still in place) But!, we had to persevere, we had a gravely ill family member after all and there is no plan b in this town. He finally yelled...."fine! I wasnt even supposed to be here!", grabbed the tire, zipped on the bolts and walked away.....not another word. No balancing, no nothing. We took our 5 HOUR drive west, wobbling all the way not being able to bo over 80 thinking needing a professional albiet more expensive repair road side would be better then this man. He is the owner and his name is Don. He yells at his staff and customers alike.

A big thanks to Todd, Justin and Lindsay for their kindness and helpfulness yesterday! We were snowmobiling through Wilberforce when my friend's sled burst a fuel line. Todd and team were really friendly and came out to help. Squeezed us in between other auto work and had us back on the trails in no time. A big thanks! Cheers!

We stop and get super for the sleds here . They were able to drill out my broken snowflap for me to zip tie it on for the night till we had a new one sent to us. Never charged me a cent. I bought 2 plugs for the sled same time which they had a huge selection of. I would Recomend them for their service on auto as well . Have been told they are very knowlegable and fair pricing.

Usually great service with quality fuels and snacks. They also have beers store bottle return witch is really helpful. But being questioned about how many beer cans I have and then after being counted to find out that I have what I said I have! Thanks

Great staff and 1 stop service! They provide Gas & Propane. Their Garage provides auto services, and they take LCBO & Beer bottle returns as well!

I don't know about the yelling at his staff...but the staff are great people! It's worth supporting this business to keep these wonderful people employed. There's more to a business than one cranky old timer.

Very friendly staff, quick service. Would highly recommend stopping in here for gas, propane fill or getting your car fixed. Mechanic moved locations (just 5 kms north), and had a great experience there. Very nice owner. 5 stars!!
