★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry Peters served us as our relator as we sought to put our rental house on the market. The house was not in the greatest of locations and yet Terry was able to help us navigate a deal within 24 hours of it being listed! He gave us great advice in negotiations...we got within 2% of our asking price! This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a relator. I would highly recommend him and his partners for any future real estate deals.

Even in this fast paced market where everything had to come together perfectly for our buy/sale, Terry not only made it all happen but so smoothly that what can be a stressful time for many was an exciting and great experience. Not having known Terry before, we had such a great first impression and he was so professional and helpful that we trusted him with one of the biggest purchases of our lives and I would recommend him to anyone I knew who was thinking of buying or selling.

I was happy with my decision to work with them for both my purchase and sale of my property. Grant was well prepared and professional during the entire process, which instilled my confidence in him and his team. His team was always in the know if he wasn't available to deal with me directly. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only ever met with Helmet/Terry initially and then Terry Peters took over as my main contact. Terry is extremely professional and easy to work with. They always addressed any concerns in a timely matter and made an otherwise huge stress of buying my first home a smooth breeze. I had quite a few problems with the selling realtor and previous tenants in the place I moved into, and Terry was quick to take it upon himself to deal with it, even though it wasn't really his responsibility. I have recommended Terry to my peers and parents since using them, and everyone has been so glad they used him. Highly recommended!
