With a move like this, we had a very high standard for an agent that could help us through the process and the nuances to purchasing a house in a province that we couldn't visit and didn't know any of the regulations. We had a conversation early on about the areas to look at and how living in those areas would meet the requirements that we had. Throughout the process Tasha was incredible. She was so willing to help, constantly checked in, was professional, open and honest about the properties and even walked a family member through a house while FaceTiming us so we could see it. We eventually landed on a place to buy and it was an incredible experience. Tasha walked us through everything and had our back with recommendations for our situation. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to buy in the Kelowna area.
