L	Lexy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wings are delicious! We love the fiesta poppers but they’re quite overpriced ($14 for a “basket” of 6 poppers - $4 more than another local pub chain.) Other than that downfall, a decent place to get good pub grub!

French beef sandwich was dry, burger was overcooked & Liver and onions was way overcooked and the mashed potatoes were extremely dry and lumpy. But it was a last-minute booking for our team and they did accommodate us.
B	Bobby Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My step was hired there, work a few shifts, last night he was fired by the owner, who stated that he did not cash out tips for back of house staff, he did cash out as 2 other staff members helped him. The owner did mot review cameras, nor ask the Co workers that help him. Fired on an assumption. He is one of the most honest young men you'll find. Shame on the owner for being a terrible person and employer. SHAME ON HIM. He lost a good loyal worker.
K	Kc Budders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow like 45 mins from ordering till we got our food, only gave us one menu between the 2 of us, waited for waitress to ask if we needed a drink refill for about 10-15 mins, food was okay, the Philly steak sandwich definitely didn’t have tenderloin on it like the menu said, more like strip loin, And the cheese on the grilled cheese for the burger wasn’t melted. Kinda greasy crowd on a Sunday night aswell.
B	Bev Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wickie's on the day that I was there was really nice, the sun was shining, the service was hopping, the soccer fans were having a great time on the patio, but most of all, my hand beer battered fish & chips were absolutely delicious ?, house made tarter sauce, juicy lemon, & an ice cold draft beer! What more could a person ask for in a restaurant. As in most places right now, they have a limited menu, but don't let that kid you! There is still lots to choose from! The table next to us had what looked to be an amazing burger ??. Lots of patio space incase you want to come with you team to celebrate your win, or commiserate in your loss. Guaranteed the food will be great and the draft will be flowing.
J	JAYEM Life Enthusiast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible take out experience. I ordered via Door Dash and thought I got a Club House with fries & onion rings for an extra $4.00. That is what my order said. When it came no French fries. I called to politely ask as I know times are tough for restaurants right now. I was told, with a laugh, that the order does NOT come with both. I explained that the order said it did only to be told basically it’s an issue for Door Dash as they have tried to tell them to fix it. I am getting pretty tired of restaurants using these delivery service, hiking up their prices to do so and then taking zero accountability when anything goes wrong. The order was very soggy and looked NOTHING like what was advertised. There was also an odd taste to the sauce on it. All to say it cost me $35 and I had to throw it out. I don’t have a lot of money but I try at least weekly to support local restaurants especially during this time. This experience means I definitely won’t be supporting Wickie’s Pub again. I understand mistakes happen. I get prices need to be higher when you are using a 3rd party. But the lack of accountability, customer service and the poor quality of the food is incredibly upsetting. $35 is a lot of money for such a poor experience and food.

Sept. 8 Came for lunch with my teen, I had the burger which was mouth-watering good and fish & chips is probably the best we've had in Ontario. Hardly saw waitress probably due to covid times but when we did she was super nice.. If you're wanting the taste of home burgers or fish & chips this is definitely the place ? Sept.16 Couldn't stop raving and thinking about my last buirger here I had to come back and brought a friend to confirm my tastes buds were correct.. and it did not disappoint. This time I had the Bacon & onion Burger which had 2 large deepfried onion rings in it I could barely wrap my mouth around it to take a bite and when I bit down, ohhh those juices that oozed from all the flavours ... ahhhhh! Sooo good! And I had house salad instead of fries this time and pleasantly surprised by the size I was even able and wanted to share so my friend can see how amazing it tasted. Definitely going to be a regular here for burgers and of course will try other things too?
