I learned to fuel my body with right nutrition and develop a healthy lifestyle habits. Love their program. The support of the whitey's community is so amazing. THANK YOU to All the coaches.

Coaches genuinely put interest in your day to day self improvement without pressure. Would recommend to anyone looking to get fit, that needs an outlet outside of work, likes a community feel. A++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a great gym I highly recommend Whitey's Fitness and Body shop. It not only has a variety of machines and weights it also has class options for everyone, as well as nutrition programs. They also carry a variety of supplements, foam rollers, skipping ropes, lacrosse balls and not to mention great workout clothes.If you are unable to get into the gym to shop they also have an online store. The owner of this gym also cares about her members even through a pandemic she made sure to give everyone options so they could continue working out at home and since being back she has provided new classes and programs. She truly cares about the community..

They are very qualified and excited to assist you in your fitness journey and are constantly learning and upgrading to offer fitness and nutrition classes for every level of athlete from beginner to advanced. The staff and members work diligently to keep the facility clean and safe for all its members. If you are at thinking of starting a fitness journey give them a call.
