The instructors inspired me a lot while I was preparing art portfolios here. Highly recommend to the students who would like to apply for art schools!!!!

The studio strives to treat students as individuals and to help each one to achieve their full potential. They not only laid a good foundation for me to go to university but got offers from many universities. This studio is well worth coming to.

I highly recommend Whitehorse for anyone that's prepping for a higher education in arts and design or even just seeking creative guidance as personal interests. They have a very immersive studio environment and highly experienced professionals to ensure the best learning outcomes for the students. For college prep students, WHITEHORSE WILL HELP YOU GET INTO YOUR DREAM SCHOOL.
NOTE: Stressful times for grade 12s going through college apps. but with everything Whitehorse has to provide, you will not only work towards the best design colleges in North America, also be prepared to get a taste of the rigorous and exciting college experience at Whitehorse to get ready for the real deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After comparing several different portfolio preparation studios in Vancouver, I chose to come to White Horse, which is honestly the best decision I’ve made. Teachers at white horse are very professional and responsible, they are always there to help whenever needed. I’ve successfully got accepted to all of the schools that I applied and I’m currently studying at my dream school CSM for fashion design. Definitely recommend this studio if you are deciding to apply to an art school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me, White Horse is a very professional studio. The teachers all have overseas study backgrounds and a clear direction for university planning. They don't just help you to improve drawing skills, but they also offer software classes and paper tutorials, even have the chance to experience a lecture from a famous professor.
This studio helped me make a perfect connection between high school and art & design university. Now I am studying in OCAD University. Honestly, without the guidance of teachers in this studio, I would never be able to enter the University I have always dreamed of.

This art studio is where I have been doing my portfolio for the last high school year. The teachers here have diverse abilities that helped me in many different ways. They take high responsibility to the students and help them to achieve their dreams. With their assistance, I am now able to be studying at the University of British Columbia, and I feel really grateful for the teachers here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This art studio is very professional, has the ideal working environment, clean, big tables and bright lit up rooms. I’ve took a peak at other studios, and how they did business was so ghetto. However, White Horse Studio gave me an impeccable experience, they give you 100% of their effort to help and assist you or even above and beyond sometimes. They are not biased with their opinions, extremely straight forward with their criticisms. (Very ideal if you want to make good art.) I went to this studio for just about 1 year, not only did I get into my ideal uni, I also made a lot of strong relationships with other outstanding students at the studio, learnt a lot of skills and made memories that will last forever. I recommend anyone to go to this studio if you are passionate about what you want to do and if you are serious about pursuing an art career!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applying a portfolio for an arts university can be very terrifying and full of hardships but because I choose Whitehorse Arts and Design I was able to make the transition from high school to university very smooth and natural. All the teachers I worked with at white horse are very professional and responsible. They create personalized schedules to keep you on track which is very reassuring considering the overwhelming work load applying for a university can bring. They monitor both your portfolio and your grades to make absolute sure you'd be secure applying for any university. I would highly recommend coming here, I got into all of the universities I applied for including UBC which was my dream school for so long.
