L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down worst doctor I've ever visited. Misdiagnosed my friends torn ACL MCL and Miniscus ligaments as a bad sprain, doing more damage as she continued to use it. You're not allowed to ask more than two questions per appointment, paying $100 for 4 minutes with the man. He can't even prescribe the right cream, and asks what you want him to get in, even though you have no clue what you need. Googles everything. You'd have better luck, no matter your condition, hitchhiking down big white road and hobbling to a better doctor for half the price than wasting your morning in the waiting room to get a dismissive, 4 minute interaction with a doctor who has given up trying. This is two seasons and a variety of encounters with this clinic. EDIT: Where do I mention diabetes? I am not diabetic
R	Rod - contracts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my goodness, what outstanding caring, diagnosis and treatment from Mike who my wife Nancy had to consult with twice in one day for two separate ailments. The receptionist was also a class act, as were the staff at White Crystal Inn who assisted us. So many thanks.

I had a special case where I was unable to leave my house due to pain, and him and his staff organised a video call to determine a prescription for me. They were all so helpful, patient, and accommodating and I am truly so grateful to have a doctor like Mike on the mountain.

I am a doc of 37 years and his history taking, examination and treatment plan was unhurried and precise. I wish he had an office in Kingston and could be my doc. Thank you. Hugh Langley
R	Regan Mullin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the office for a simple clarification of an appointment. The Doctor answered and proceeded to be incredibly rude and abrasive. If this is normal for this Doctors behavior I truly feel sad for his patients. It’s an example of how during this time with an incredible amount of stress the patients and people needing care are again left being made felt unaided. Response to the Mike Figurski response: Mike took the time to respond to me and apologies by explaining to everyone the personal and protected reason for my visit, and give explanation and details that did not occur. He answered the phone and proceeded to be unprofessional and rude with no explanation, to which he is accountable for. It is fair to say he does not need to be inclined or concerned for the service he provides. However if you offend a client or patient don't be surprised if they make fair comment. Doctors should be held to a higher standard than your average place of business. Its incredible how much they protest when you attempt and urge them to be better. Sad R
