★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in a very tight timeline for an insurance product, that generally takes longer to secure because of its nature. We had some unique considerations to address and I contacted Whitecourt Insurance late Friday afternoon, unsure if it was even possible to obtain the insurance within the tight time frame. Kim was very responsive and got to work immediately (on a Friday just before close!). She kept us informed and more than exceeded our expectations when she had the insurance coverage we needed confirmed and ready by the following Monday morning.
My experience with Kim and her company was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend her and Whitecourt Insurance for your insurance needs. Kims customer service went above and beyond, her responsiveness and communication were prompt and thorough every step of the way and she delivered in every way. If I could give more than 5 stars out of 5 I would.

Such an incredible team of genuine people who are willing to help you with anything you might need. I have had to depend on them for a lot in the last little bit regarding vehicles. Moving, getting receipts from years ago, and every single time I requested something, it was expeditiously done and met with a very positive attitude.
