★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had with a place. The drama and gossip and complete lack of professionalism was inexplicable! I can only speak to this place as someone who "hired" them for a wedding however, the lack of communication, price hikes, no solid meetings, no contract, constrictions of time frame and constant changes to that time frame and when it was all said and the choice was made to cancel with 10 days notice. After the ordeal was over and dealt they dropped not only me but anyone involved as clients completely even if they had nothing to do with it? No. Never. Not happening. My experience was only with one person at this place but if the way she handles business was this terrible? I don't think the rest of it would have been better. Please comment if you need additional information as a business I don't think they were even aware of this interaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 7 appointments double booked or lost in the 5 months. After the 6th time I said I would never return. They apologized and booked my next appointment for free which was also double booked when I got there. Just unbelievably poor customer service for the exuberant prices they charge. I highly recommend not wasting your time here like I have.
