This year we had an issue and they were able to come over on short notice to help us out; it was very, very much appreciated. Obviously we will continue to call on them in the future, and recommend them to others.

First they refused to move their vehicle from our parking spot until they had finished the job. Then they left the vehicle in our parking spot to start another job at our neighbour's house. When I asked again if they would move their vehicle (mine was illegally parked on the street in the meantime) they brushed me off and ignored me. I had to have my husband come out and speak to them. I don't know what unprofessional misogynist a-holes this company hires but they should really do a better job of training their employees.

They were supposed to come between 12-2pm but I was advised that they were running late but would definitely get there later the same day to do the work. I re-arranged my entire afternoon and they called me at 4:25 pm to tell me they cannot come. This has happened before. I now see why they only have 3.3 stars.

We have several rental properties that need regular eves maintenance as well as our principal residence. White Shark's customer service is superb, they are easy to communicate with, they clearly explain all the work that needs to be done (and how) and the end results are fantastic. I highly recommend them. We will happily continue to use them in the future.

My most recent job involved sweeping debris (leaves, branches, etc.) off our flat-roofed house. The lady on the phone was most helpful and the 2 guys who did the clean-up were very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

After they were finished, we immediately went outside to have a look and noticed that our lawn chair, which was resting against our sunroom, was broken - hinges on both arms were completely disengaged. I had sat on the very same chair that morning and it was in perfect condition. We called the company and spoke to Nicole to seek reimbursement for our $40 chair and were told the team didn't see any chair (even though the chair was beside the sunroom windows which they cleaned) and they would not reimburse us for it. Will not use this company again!

I've been using them two or three times a year for many years and it's always a great experience. I book online, they show up when they are supposed to, the cleaners are always pro, the price is fair and I really can't ask for anything more.
J	John Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a theory about this company. Business must be good. Business must be so good in fact, that they will cancel, postpone or simply not show up. I contacted them twice, and on Nov 4 at 2pm arranged for them to provide an estimate the following week. To say they were less than enthused would be an understatement. My property and access is unusual (the access is hidden)so the estimate was warranted but I still very much wanted my windows done and told him as much. The guy showed up next week while I was on the phone. He said he would take a look around and follow up. That's the last I heard of him and White Shark. They seem to only like the easy jobs, the low lying fruit. If I could use a fishing analogy; in the world of fly fishing, these guys are strictly bobber.
