Brian, the Owner was very prompt in his responses to me and when the guy who he was sending over to do my condo fell ill at the last minute, Brian jumped in to save the day and get my windows sparkling clean. We have a lot of windows and I could not be happier with the result. Friendly guy, fast and affordable expert service. Highly recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian and his team at New View are incredible. I’ve been using them for my 4 storey townhome for the past 7+ years - as have most of my neighbours.
They are professional, friendly and efficient and proactive communicating weather-related scheduling changes etc. The window cleaners are polite and hard-working - and recently during the pandemic they were also good sports and waved repeatedly at my toddler as he found a new source of entertainment through the window !

Naixin did a fantastic job! Will definitely use their services next year, (and given the major transit construction on the Eglinton LRT in our neighbourhood possibly sooner). Highly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian spent an afternoon at our house cleaning 4 floors of interior and exterior windows, and exterior glass railings. Not only is his work impeccable, but he is a pleasure to do business with. The booking and payment process was easy and efficient. He graciously handled two barking dogs and offered up recommendations based on things he observed during his clean. Will definitely be calling Brian again!
