★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the best customer service. Worth giving up the premiums at discount pharmacies (ie. Costco) as you can't buy the peace of mind you get from being their customer. Owners are directly involved and staff ensures prompt, full service. White's has consistently gone above and beyond their service requirements, especially for non mainstream items/issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere reminds me of a small town pharmacy. They're courteous and if you don't have the change to spare for your meds they can keep a hold for you to let you pay for it on the next trip. You never feel like an inconvenience there and it's easy to have a friendly conversation with them. This is my go to pharmacy for pretty much everything.

While it doesn't have the Over-the-Counter selection of a Shopper’s Drug Mart or a Walmart, it does have an excellent pharmacy for Schedule 1 drugs and also does compounding with very competitive dispensing fees. All the staff are excellent and very pleasant. After having used their services for three (3) years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I just hope that my recommendation doesn't make them so popular that they have trouble meeting demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going to a different pharmacy again. I used to go to shoppers on 22nd, but after so many frustrating experiences I googled around and came across White's
White's struck me first off with high reviews that spoke of the personable staff and professional care. Deciding to give it a try I gave them a call and oh my goodness was I immediately impressed by the level of care I received.
Now when I walk in the pharmacy they immediately know it's me and hand me my prescription without any fuss needed. My prescription is thoroughly explained to me including what it is, what it will do for me, what common side effects are, as well as helpfully answering any questions I may have.
I'm genuinely touched by this pharmacy, I've recommended it to my entire household. I feel valued and loved as a customer and a human being.
100% the only pharmacy in Saskatoon worth going to.

Information, service, advice, immunization, prescription delivery and the utmost respect and compassion. If more than five stars was an option, I would give them every one of them. Our family very highly recommends this hidden west side jewel.
