★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a massage with Marlon this week which was absolutely amazing. It was my first time at the clinic and the staff were very welcoming and provided much information before the visit regarding screening, health questionnaires, etc. The clinic very much adheres to COVID protocols and was very clean. Normally my massages are quiet but Marlon and I chatted the whole session. He did a great job checking in about pressure points and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Would highly recommend this clinic! :)

Reception staff extremely friendly and courteous and the building overall is beautiful, clean and promotes a relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic experience and will absolutely be returning. ❤️

Nikki was super friendly and took notes of what I needed. She made sure to explain the process to me and ask me my comfort level. I walked out feeling great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed- for my second appointment I called in to cancel due to rain. I know it is just rain, but I need to walk and I'm very sensitive to sudden change in weather and there are high chances I could fall sick.
They would rather have me come in even though I was worried I might fall sick and gave them the same reason. due to bad weather, than humanely make a consideration and reschedule the appointment
or pay 50% around $50 because I did not want to go out as I was feeling I might fall sick.
I understand the policy of re-scheduling but it is not fair to say pay us or my other option was risk falling sick. and that is a heavy charge for being scared of falling sick.
no one charge so much for cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. I have never had a bad experience here. There is a reason I come from Ajax to this clinic when I have tons of clinics closer to me. First and foremost its so simple to book appointments here. Everything is online. Every other massage place should learn that in 2022 people should not be calling in to make appointments. Any of the masseuses I have ever gone to have done wonderful jobs. Not one complaint about this amazing clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third time at Whitby Massage Therapy and this was my first massage with Tina, RMT. Her massage techniques were specific to what I needed. She was kind and professional. It’s obvious she knows what she’s doing. I’ll be seeing her again for sure. The receptionist was kind and professional. She put billed my massage through my insurance with no issues. Great clinic, great staff, I highly recommend!
