★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Whitby guys are best snow removing team in Durham. They are very helpful, extremely polite and don't unnecessarily extend their work. I am thoroughly happy with their services. Would recommend everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up shoveling my snow twice (over 2 days as did my neighbours) during the last snowfall and finally received an email at 8:30 PM the second day indicating the snow would be cleared by 8:00 am the following morning (48 hours later).
I contacted Alexandria twice to cancel my contract with no response to date. Although she was quick to return emails and calls when the contract was getting signed.
I've have had 2 other snow removal companies over the years and have never had this issue before.
Very disappointed.
