★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel the Whistler Library is an underused jem in the Village. Just walk into the bright, airy building and you’re greeted with shelves of books and a roaring fire in the background. Fairly inviting! Although kinda small compared to the Vancouver city library main branch, there’s still plenty of places to sit and work, or take a book and read. The Librarians are conveniently located right as you enter, and always have a smile to greet you. Very relaxing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience dealing with this library. Their claim that they accommodate people from all walk of life is a complete lie. Be flexible with people with different needs. It's a public library you don't own it.

There are plenty of coffee shops around, so it's convenient to grab a coffee outside and bring it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine you have a good book to read in a spacious quiet place, facing lush green park.. that's what you'll get in Whistler Public Library. There is even a comfy corner with fireplace. Adequate books, audiobooks collection and free wifi. Washroom is very clean. A good alternative to spend your freetime in Whistler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Whistler Library is absolutely fantastic, for a seemingly small selection I have always found really quality books and if they don't have something, they almost definitely have it available as an audiobook. There are a range of workstations and I love the couches by the fireplace. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are so kind and accommodating, always going the extra mile to get you what you need. This a fantastic service offered in Whistler <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were very friendly and helpful even though I just wanted to sit in and cut my time, that lady invited me to sit in beside the fireplace and read some books and magazines, I’ve very enjoyed the book and love this cozy place.

Too bad the museum near by was close as that looked cute & quaint. So grateful there’s a library in Whistler ! Museum is pictured.
