Brad is very thorough, and found hidden serious issues we never could have imagined. Moving forward, we again hired Where The Heart is Home for a recent pre purchase inspection. Again the inspection was very thorough and comprehensive, with a highly detailed report of deficiencies and recommendations. I'm happy to say the purchase has been a success.
