The inspection was detailed and very professional. Jim was patient and answered all my questions. The report is the best ive seen so far. I paid twice as much with another inspector and didnt get a 1/4 of the value. I'll definitely use again DG

I went in knowing I'd have to do some work on the house but Jim helped me with prioritizing what needed to be done sooner than later. He was able to put my mind at rest over a few things that did concern me and was also able to provide approx costs of the work that would be required. He reviewed his report with me at the end of the inspection and was able to print it off right there. Thank you, Jim, for all your help!

D	Dana Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim was hired by the owner of the house to do a house inspection due to issues the renter was having, primarily mold and mildew. Going downstairs (that was locked and renter was not allowed down) Jim walked around and made the comment “that’s not mold” through a visual inspection. A drain hose from the furnace was leaking into a hole in the cement floor to which Jim states “that’s up to code”. The renter has the entire inspection recorded and this will be released on social media shortly. I have read other lower reviews and Jim makes a point to respond and defend. Well, this video will showcase the truth. No report was released to the renter. Jim clearly states through the video to the renter “if you don’t like it then leave”. Jim also sees mice droppings in the upstairs utility locked cabinet (which the renter cannot unlock as the owner will not allow). Jim shrugs his shoulders and ignores this. I would highly recommend to steer clear of Jim. I feel he is influenced by realtors. I feel he doesn’t care and is not truthful. Stay tuned for the video to be released. Oh and the kicker — the owner works for a real estate agency in Southampton. Yeah, he is in their pockets. BEWARE. Acts like a compete and utter zero/pond scum.
