I've stayed in this location 3 times during business trips, and have been very impressed with everything. Front desk staff is very friendly & courteous, rooms are large and very clean. Beds are amazing.....so comfortable. Breakfast room provided has large selection of items.
If you are planning to stay in Assiniboia, then this is a place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again, expectations make a difference...We needed a place to rest our heads and park our car for a night , and avoid the drive back home late at night. Mission accomplished! First off, the price is very reasonable, Nevertheless, the room was very clean, large, and t.v. and WiFi worked great. Second, I requested an early check-in and staff were very accommodating. Staff were very helpful, overall. We all had a great sleep, and then enjoyed a reasonably good free breakfast, better for the non-vegans, but the coffee was delicious. I would definitely use this hotel for the next night on the town, or for a lay-over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and nice owners. Rooms are clean and modern. We perfect for what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and linen all clean. They had recently redone the bathroom and have new counter and sink as well. Includes Fridge, AC, Keurig and 32inch (I believe) flat screen. Will def be staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The motel is definitely newly renovated and each room has its own ac unit which July in Saskatchewan was a definite plus. The room was light and airy had tons of space especially being a motel. Also loved that it had its own kurig that was stocked with coffee. Because of COVID they didn’t have the breakfast at the motel but they did partner up with the a&w across the street so that was a nice treat! The beds are extremely comfy and each room had its own mini fridge and microwave. Overall great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this Motel this month. It is better. Clean, comfortable rooms, staff friendly, caring, pleasant and accommodating, and made me feel at home. They take and adhere to strict Covid-19 restrictions with all staff and guests wearing face masks, being 6 feet apart, social distancing and only one person in the office at a time, with sterilization done daily. The signage is posted throughout, so one less worry. The best, safe, excellent stay I've had! I recommend to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exterior could use some upgrading but room 28 was good. Did have an odd odor to start with but left the door open a while and it was good, was clean, good sheets, micro, fridge, coffee, Breakfast was pretty simple, pan cakes, cereal, pasty, yogurt. Yes it is biker friendly and I'd go back again.
