★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had soup and a chicken salad sandwich and a date cookie. The soup came in a good sized portion and the sandwich was amazing. It was the homemade lunch executed incredibly well. Word cannot describe the date cookie, fresh baked oatmeal cookies make a sandwich with date filling. You have to come try them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the lunch counter of my dreams!! Everything is so fresh and appetizing, all of the stuff is made in house, including the ham and chicken in the sandwiches!! If you want a delicious lunch served by incredibly friendly people, this is the place! I got a chicken wrap, soup and a date square for $10. You can't find a better deal anywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and not as busy as some of the reviews here say. Have been here a couple of times and both times I was in and out the door with my sandwich within 10 minutes. If you like montreal smoked meat, watch for it on their facebook page (that is where they post their specials daily) It is probably the best sandwich you will ever have. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious. It was a great experience. They even threw in an after meal chocolate for dessert. I'm definitely going to frequent this cafeteria style bistro. I find it hard to get good soups and for the price I'm not complaining. I plan on popping over those days I can't make lunch because it's also a 2 minute walk from my work. But they do have easy access and parking for those in the area but wanting to drive. My only recommendation would be that they set up a table or two because I would have loved to sit and eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great simple food with great ingredients, soups and sandwiches. The chicken salad is my fave they use real chicken breast not canned chicken and you can tell the difference. Soups change daily so its always a new one. The people that work there are just always smiling polite and happy to have you, you can tell its a family run business. I have been going here for years and i have yet had an issue with anything they sold. The workspace they use is always super clean so you will never have to worry about quality here!!

Since new ownership has taken over, the quality and variety of their offerings have increased and improved. My latest order was the pulled pork sandwich, and it definitely went beyond my expectations. I can’t wait to come back. Great job new owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came late around 1-130pm, only had turkey cranberry left, I would not have picked it if I had other options but it ended up being really good, turkey wasn’t dry, I ordered the tomato vegetable soup, could tell it was made fresh that morning. Awesome little lunch place tucked in an industrial area. Decent prices too. Update: I’ve gone back 3 times, beef soup and potato soup is awesome. I have yet to be disappointed coming here. Soup and sandwich for less than $15 is a deal IMO
