★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much Screen Time as much of a constant battle in you house as it is in ours? Here's the solution. This is such a great program in the middle of a great community. Huge room with new clean and soft mats. Coach Seamus (and his various assistants) are great coaches, he runs fun but structured classes for people of all ages. I can't recommend this program enough, it's been amazing for both my daughter's confidence and fitness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our two boys have been going to Westsyde Grappling since it opened and have really enjoyed it. Seamus and the rest of the instructors are great with all of the kids. They are all very patient and create a fun and safe learning environment for all students that attend. These classes provide good physical fitness and promote excellent social skills for the children. A great physical activity for any age group.
