★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great. Key FOB at the door, no waiting to get a wristband. Lots of parking.
Is the equipment older? Yes it is. I find that older equipment means you have to work harder, and isn't that the point?
The floor is clean at all times, majority of other users are easy going and there for a work out and not standing around bullshitting in front of equipment.
Wide range in age groups and interests. Always a place to learn something new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a low key, friendly, and welcoming place to work out. There's plenty of equipment but also lots of free floor space if you want to do your own thing. If you're looking for an unpretentious place to lift heavy things and put them down, this is the gym for you!
