★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the rental office is very rude. I made an appointment weeks ago, and I was noticed the appointment was cancelled without any notification when I arrived. I even recieved appointment confirmation email 2 hours before I got here. I spent 30 mins to drive to here in a heavy snow day.
