★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awful building with some of the worst landlords you will ever meet. If you are moving in or out of the apartment dont expect the lazy landlord, Simon, to be there on either day. He decides to take days off then and make you work around his schedule.
The building has an awful atmosphere, he tries to run it like a prison, there have been lots of parties there, fire alarms always going off, there was a bed bug incident not that long ago.
I would find anything else but here and stay away from the worst of the west end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here back in 2017 for just 2 horrible months. Probably the worst building in this street. The eastern-European managers are senior couples in their 60's who are explicit racists and treat immigrants like trash.
Simon has a very bad demeanor and always yells at you in conversations. I was forced to clean the house like a cleaning company laborer when I wanted to move out. Very abusive landlords. Moving to this apartment was the worst decision during my stay in Vancouver.
