T	TheM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to pack a 20ft container with household items I had packed prior to the move, from my house for overseas move from Canada to Europe. Falcon Movers sent a crew of 4 guys, who were on time, totally professional and careful, packed all items into the container end-to-end and top-to-bottom. I doubted all items were going to fit but the crew made it fit. They worked in good mood and spirits, work was heavy and intense and the crew never lost good mood. Falcon manager followed up with phone calls prior, during and after the work was done. Very professional. Price was very reasonable as well. Great value service. Highly recommend this company for anyone's moving needs.

They called 30 minutes before the moving out time to say their truck broke and they didn’t know when it would be fixed and that probably they would send someone around 4 pm where my moving out window was from 9 am - 12 pm and the moving in window from 10am - 1pm. We had everything booked and they left us stranded. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE for my husband and myself. We took our things out by ourselves as fast as we could however we could (We didn’t have tools to do the move out ourselves, I have back pain now and my husband several bruises), had to rent a modo minivan(nothing better was available) last minute to transport our belongings, we did several trips. And we had to leave them in a temporary storage because we missed the moving in window unfortunately.
A	Adriana Linoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsive (on email and over texts). Price is low- to mid-market compared to several companies I called. Communication pre-move was prompt and clear. On move day, the movers were 10 minutes late and called us 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time to notify us, then showed up at the promised time. Very hard working and polite three guys: Mishwar, Andy, and Sair (if I got their names right). Non-stop working and not a word of complaint with heavy or tricky furniture.

S	Stacy Yao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver of the moving van damaged the exterior of the building we were moving out of. Due to this, the building kept the $250 damage deposit for the move. Canadian Falcon Moving refuses to pay for it even though it was their driver that did the damage. Do not recommend and will never use again. Edited in response to the owner’s comment below: the move occurred on Jan 21, 2022 at 9am. Moved from a 2bdrm apartment on Barclay Street in Vancouver. Edit on May 14: no contact whatsoever from the owner or anyone from Canadian Falcon Moving since the reply below. The company makes it seem like that they are doing something to address concerns and complaints when in reality they are not. Extremely disappointed and we have escalated the issue with the Better Business Bureau.

They moved all the staff to my new apartment in Downtown in shortest time with wrapping all the fragile kitchen items and furnitures. I would definitely contact Canada Falcon Moving in future, if I decide again to relocate my home. Thank you for the hard work ??.

Recently, I needed to move a bunch of bigger furniture items. Jessica was able to accommodate my needs and book me in. She also checked in the day of to make sure everything was ready to go. Our movers Hunar and Mario were so careful with all of our furniture and were very efficient. They were also able to accommodate my ask to make a second stop. I will always use Jessica and her team for any future moves. They are great!

Jessica was really helpful in answering all of my questions and allocate my request . I'm quite pleased with the service and movers. Simon and Mario were extremely efficient and handled everything with ease. I was stressed, and they made the experience stress-free by exceeding my expectations. It comes highly recommended.
