★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Westpoint is a great location on the UBC campus. Some suites have spectacular ocean and mountain views. The building is well managed and requests for service or maintenance are dealt with promptly and professionally. The building manager is very nice, and attentive but not intrusive. Management continues to upgrade the building with recent additions including a wheelchair friendly door opener from the parking garage to the lobby and a secure package drop off/ pickup locker so you never miss a delivery. There’s also an on-site cafe for coffee, breakfast, lunch etc. Highly recommend this building!
