J	Jessica Jebbles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for 6-7 years, and stopped going to the dentist about 2 years ago because of how much this place made me HATE the dentist. Let's start with the good stuff: - Dr. Ngo is a great guy, he has a great personality. - It's always clean. - Convenient location. - Most things are done okay. Now the bad: - Splotchy fillings. - The nurses/receptionist will make you want to scream, either because of the pain from cleanings or because of how annoying it is to try and book or reschedule an appointment. - LONG wait times. - Sometimes there's so much noise from the staff or others that it makes you even more anxious. - Will do unnecessary cleanings or xrays just to get more money. - No matter how great your teeth are, you'll still get shamed by the nurses to brush better and stop eating/drinking certain things.

As a health care professional I feel very safe and comfortable being inside Dr Ngo’s office. This is what we need during this difficult Covid time. I definitely recommend this office to my friends.

I like the new receptionist, nice add to the team (I think she only works on Wednesday) that works there she’s friendly funny talkative and very approachable. although the dentist is always late(..) he’s friendly and is knowledgeable. if he came on time and didn’t make me wait so long i would’ve given a 5 star. The hygienist there is always on time and she is nice to talk to (I think she only works on Wednesday as well)

Treatment and questions were handled professionally and discussed in detail before and after the procedure which shows that he really cares for his patients teeth. Notes and reminders after treatment are given and written on the office invoice. I'm happy and satisfied with my filling as it was molded nicely and same colour with my tooth and not in silver anymore. All staff are friendly and respectful. Referral and treatment options are provided. Dr. Peter's hand is very light during treatment which reduced my fear from dentists. Received toothbrush, toothpaste and floss after every treatment and wine freebie at the end of the year. Office is very clean and well equipped especially during this difficult time of Covid-19. Great job to the whole team!

With any services i come for, they continue to give me knowledge about my options and gave me a beautiful smile to top it off! I definitely recommend any new clients looking for a forever dentist office to come here!

He is intelligent and very thorough in all the procedures. sometimes i fall asleep in the middle of the treatment because he is very gentle and light handed dentist. the staff is very accommodating. the place is well kept and maintained, very clean and safe. i highly recommend this place.

The receptionists are extremely friendly and caring. They accommodate to my hectic schedule by ensuring I get a appointment reminder email and phone calls before my appointment dates. During my last visit I was voluntarily offered to receive a previous year's compiled receipts for tax filing. Dr Ngo and the the staff are extremely patient and professional. They take their time with treatments and answering questions and I never feel like I am rushed out. Thanx and keep up the good work!
