★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the slowest customer service ever 3 people standing around doing nothing couldn't even get help stood in line for 15 minutes while one of them went out and had a smoke only 3 customers in the bank the service was extremely slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and they leave their trainees to their own devices to interrogate you. Also when I went there to get financial assessment with my retirement funds the first thing the manager with her desk behind the tellers tell me is "We can't lend you any money". Like as if I was there to borrow money. No you're the one taking my money lady. So I'm taking my money elsewhere. Ciao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea why NONE of the 3 branches in Brandon are open on Saturdays anymore. People have to work during the week, I can't just go during a week day to get done what I need to. Considering closing the accounts and going else where. This is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have banked with 4 other banks and all are much more trustworthy and professional.There are so many better options. They have, on numerous occasions, been unprofessional to deal with, messed things up so we can't access money, and always put profits in front of people. Fair warning, don't bank here if you can help it.
