★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a recent vehicle incident I was left on the side of the road with no paperwork and no contact number to call for assistance.I phoned my agent,Wani Paul at the Nanaimo branch.(I didn't have a pen in the vehicle either)
Wani went above and beyond,locating my policy number,providing me with a contact number for Family Insurance,then emailing the information to me so I was able to get my vehicle towed to the dealership.
Her consideration for my safety was appreciated more than she knows.
Amazing Insurance Agent!!!

I will drive longer to come to that location to get insurance. Everyone was kind and so polite. I feel I had a fabulous experience. It was the highlight to my day.

I lost my insurance papers and I live in a remote location and Amber was able to help me with this. Chemainus branch said it couldn't be done but Amber went beyond it and she took the time to assist me with my request. I highly recommend Westland at Estevan Rd Nanaimo but even more AMBER!
