Not only did Josh guide us through the purchase, he marketed our house superbly enabling it to sell in a cooling market and which made both deals seamless and we were able to port our mortgage . Josh is amiable, professional beyond reproach , and has attention to detail . He made stressful times bearable while always positive with a great sense of humour . We will definitely be using Josh again and give him a big thumbs up.

We never met Josh in person as we conducted our sale while out of province, but we quickly felt like we knew him, and were able to relax after seeing his professional and detailed listing work. When I first met Josh I knew he was the Realtor I wanted to work with it. His calm, kind and caring demeanor was my first impression. Josh is not a salesy realtor. He listens carefully to what you need and what you want and works hard in every aspect to accomplish exactly that. He provided ongoing communication and market research to show how we could position the house in a market that was changing. Josh’s wife Jen, who does his professional photography and Video did an outstanding job on the photography for the listing using a drone to take aerial shots showing the benefits of the surrounding area and then created an impressive video that bestowed the value of the home .
In the sale of both properties, there were personal challenges that to me seemed too big. Josh was there in all circumstances to support me through some very stressful moments and never swayed from being the professional that he is.
I will be referring Josh to all of my friends and business associates who are in the market to buy or sell their properties. I highly recommend Josh to anyone who wants to get this job done being confident with your realtor and know that he is truly working in your best interest.
