★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt was very helpful in assisting me in finding a house while not living on Vancouver Island. He picked me up from the ferry multiple times and drove me to the listings to save me from bringing my car over on the ferry - he even did a facetime walk through to save me a trip over on a house that was listed and accepting offers midweek. He offered great advice on the market which was all very appreciated.
Some communication wasn't as prompt as I would have liked, but I understand that the market is pretty crazy right now, and we did succeed in finding me a house, so I'm happy and would recommend Matt. His assistant, Taylor, was also very pleasant to deal with and very helpful.
