★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just In at Westland Insurance Port Alberni/ would like to comment on excellent customer service by RITA. Once again anyone who sees my reviews my comments relate to excellent personal skills/ a smile / a person who takes time to explain things and not rush you. Rita was attentive and assisted in my insurance concerns explained different policies and made suggestions on what would best suit our needs. These skills in Customer Service are fast disappearing/ banks don’t even want tellers everything online / unfortunately a lot of seniors are being lost and forgotten in this tech era.
