★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anthony is one of a kind trainer. I could personally say that he cares about his clients. He makes sure that all his exercises are geared to the individual's needs. Very knowledgeable and informative in his training style. I enjoy every training session with him. He makes me work hard but it's all worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been training with Anthony from Westfit at Monstergym in Dorval since September and it's the best decision I have made since a long time! Choosing a personal trainer is not easy, their are so many out there. They all offer different programs that are more or less easy to understand. You can't go wrong with Westfit. Anthony is passionate about fitness & training and he shows it through his way of teaching. You won't get a sheet of paper with a few exercices and a meal plan, but you will get some incredible knowledge that you will be able to use for the rest of your life. I definitely recommend Westfit to anybody who wants to start their journey in the bodybuilding / fitness world.
