★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used their service to install blinds, and found the quality of materials used as well as their customer service to be below par. We have big windows which required heavier blinds but the tilt ‘chain’ they installed was just a thin rope that snaps quite easily. From time of installation in January 2019 to May 2021, we’ve had to call them back 3 times because the rope kept breaking. They were hard to reach and was not willing to give a date on when they could swing by to fix the blinds (something that they told us was included as part of their service guarantee). When they finally show up without much advance warning or scheduling (I’m assuming they just happened to have business close by and thought it’s most convenient for them to just swing by without warning), they fixed the one tilt chain (with a strong chain this time) that snapped but would not change all the other tilt chains that are fraying very quickly and about to break themselves. They said they’ll come back if those ever break. So now those have obviously broken and we are again trying to get ahold of these people, with the same difficulty as before. Save your money and look elsewhere to get your blinds.

Below is the picture of their poor quality.
What a miserable people, totally unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest people. We got installed blinds from them in our four of houses including our Edmonton condo, and they gave us 10 years warranty.
We got some minor problem in our Edmonton condo blinds within 3 months and here starts our suffering. We tried to contact them, after much of trying we able to contact manager Sunita, (after this I never able to contact to her), who in return referred to the installer Harman, and this guy, I never came across such an arrogant, abusive, unreliable, dishonest and totally unethical person. To talk to him one time, we had to call him 10 times, and he never returned the call. Finally if we lucky and able to contact him, he used to make excuses, and never collaborated with our property manager to go Edmonton and fix the blinds.
Finally chasing him for month and half I able to contact him and . He assured us that he will go to Edmonton but he never showed up even after giving us times on many occasions, so I called their office, some Sidhu was working there, he said he cannot do anything, and they left us on our own. I still have lot to say but this is getting longer, so next time.
Never ever buy blinds from them, if you do, do it on your own risk, and no guarantee if any problem comes up, they will help you. Since there are no option to give starts in minus, I am just giving one star out of choice, I wish I able to give them -5 stars (minus 5 stars).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had western windows assemble 90% of the blinds in our new home. Our entire family has used western windows services in the past 10 years. There prices are competitive, even after receiving multiple quotes for the same product they were 15% cheaper. Blinds were installed and received on time. Sunita was very easy to deal with and even the installers made good suggestions to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred to these guys and so I contacted them for a quote. They asked me how many windows and what my address was. I replied and there was no further communication. After a day I followed up on an available date for a drop in quote. No response. third day I was told he’d be at my place in 2 hours. I did not receive the message until 30 mins past the 2 hour.. asked if he was still coming. He said tomorrow. Same time. Today he did not show up. I reached out to them twice before they replied 30 mins past their schedule time. They said they’d be here 1-1.5hr later. Which is probably a lie. Anywho, if you want poor communication and unreliable service, give these guys a try. After reading reviews on the quality of material, I guess this experience was a blessing in disguise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miserable people, miserable service, very unprofessional. Soon after they installed the blinds had issues. After few calls he stopped answering phone. After few attempt to his shop finally got hold of him. He promise to fix them, give me the day and time and they never showed up or answer the phone. Tried contacting them many times after but no luck. After few months blinds started to fall apart. See the pics after 18 moths
