★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a toy hauler form this company in summer 2016. I later found out they bought a factory reject unit from an auction in the US that never had any factory warranty. It was sold to me as a used unit, but the problems with it got worse. The manager was an absolute arrogant jerk when I called them about other problems. The manufacturer confirmed via letter the trailer never had warranty at all. I would not recommend Western Recreational Products to anyone, enemies included.
The response below is BS. I would never have spent TEN'S of THOUSANDS of $$$ on a trailer with no structural warranty. I have the receipt to show that it was not disclosed that this unit was sold with no factory warranty. I can and may make this bill of sale public to show your blatant dishonesty. More LIES from this company. RUN AWAY, don't walk.

getting approved. As well, delivery went super easy. Couple issues caught in the walk through Kevin took care of it right away. Appreciate you dealing with it at that time. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical dealership - very immature business acumen! Arranged to view a motorhome, was deferred for 3 business days as the vehicle was in for a shop safety inspection. Agreed on range of trade in value, pending their inspection, offered to put money down to hold unit, was told not to worry as it was offsite getting inspected. They called Monday AM confirmed unit was available for viewing at 10:00 am and started our 4 hour journey pulling our trade declaring we would arrive at 14:00. At 13:00 dealership called stating another sales agent had sold the unit. I declared I wanted to speak with a manager when I arrived. Upon arrival it was clear this was a family ran business, ie not escalation process to ownership/leadership. They then tried to sell us other inferior product for more than the original unit we came to buy. I believe they lie to get you to their out of the way location and then try to take advantage of 'while you are here". No offer of compensation for out of pocket expense just a well rehearsed shallow apology. I got the sense this was common practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dealership that I ever dealt with in the world! Bought a brand new Puma 2021. Was told PDI was done. That was a lie! Showed up to pick it up was rushed threw the delivery! It was hooked up to electricity. They said the fridge was working fine another lie. We packed this up for our first weekend away loaded the fridge with 200$ worth of food After 24 hours everything froze solid in the fridge. I called them to come take a look at it and they told me no and they were too busy! The temp sensor was not even hooked up to the mother board no tab to plug it in. Good PDI. Got it fixed on my own dime and know the mother board is arching on the propane connector and will not fire. I called them again to get service and said no to busy. Told them I’m leaving in 3 days for trip cross Canada. Was told not their problem to bring it somewhere else.
I would never buy anything else from them and I would steer anybody away from doing business with them. I will be talking to forest river headquarters and will be voicing my complaint with them!
