they are providing me with car insurance for more than five years. its been in this long period of time , i never had any problem as they are very cooperative and self responsive individuals.the staff members are very nice well equipped with great customers service skills and knowledgeable about auto insurance. thanks alot for providing great service

I called Western Financial this morning to ask a general question regarding construction. I got the pleasure of talking to Christina. Not only did she answer any and all questions I had, she gave me information I would need for the near future. What would have normally been a 2 minute conversation was 15 but made sure I was informed, which was move valuable to me than why I called in the first place.

Last month I had called in and asked for a quote on a used vehicle. It was time to change my vehicle due to health issues and I had found a vehicle that met my needs. I had been emailed a quote and double checked that it was correct before proceeding with the purchase of my vehicle. Seeing as how the insurance quote and the vehicle payments I had looked at fit my budget I went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle. Happy with the vehicle change and pricing I had secured I felt this was a good deal all around. Move forward two weeks and I received my insurance documents in the mail. While going over it I noticed that the yearly premium was nearly $1000 more than quoted. I contacted western financial to see if this was just a clerical error and was informed after they looked into it that the number on my documents was correct. After inquiring on what they are able to do to rectify the error on their end I waited a couple weeks for an answer with no response. I followed up with the manager and was informed that they are unable to maintain the quote given and that I will have to pay the extra because the policy is already in place. I now get to pay nearly an extra $5000 in insurance premiums over the next 5 years due to their error that I double checked to confirm was right. So on top of being duped into having a insurance policy that doubled after taking possession of my vehicle, I get to pay to fix their error. This is not what I'd refer to as customer service. If zero was an available rating I'd be sure to use it. This branch hasn't had a great track record with me in the past as they seem to fumble everything from simple tasks like address updates, applying multi policy discounts when applicable and now whole policy changes. Do your self a favor skip this place and go else where. When they say you're a valued client it all lip service.

I’ve lived in Canada for 15 years and never experienced anyone like Christina Flanagan before. She’s so friendly but professional and very helpful. I can call her or text her and she’s fast to reply and has all my documentation to me within minutes. Christina goes above and beyond all of the time. I have and I would recommend her to friends and family. Finally Christina is an asset to western financial.

Been a loyal customer for over 14 years. Recently moved out of my place and had to change my insurance over. My price TRIPLED and resulted in being nearly half what my mortgage payment even is. When I phoned to try and find a solution there was no answer and nobody called me back despite leaving a message. Called a second time and same thing. Third time I called I spoke to someone on the phone who couldn’t seem to provide any answers and told me she was referring it to a supervisor and I could expect a call that day or Monday at the latest. Nobody called. Called back yet again on Tuesday and spoke to someone who informed me the conversation that had taken place last Friday had not been documented at all and then advised me someone who didn’t work in the office was assigned to my case and that she would send a message to them as well as refer the situation to management and I would get a call back. I received a short email the following day from the person assigned to my case with a brief explanation of why the rate was higher and that was it. No call. No attempt to find a solution. I am now cancelling the policy and looking for another company that is willing to provide the customer service one would expect after more than a decade of being a loyal customer. Very disappointed to say the least.
