Brought my pickup in for repair after an accident, (left quarter panel) does not line up with the right one and the bumper is crooked and out of line. Did not buy a part for my fuel door and it's holding with gunk, and refuse to fix it or order a new part. The service is terrible and the workmanship is below par.

These guys ordered the wrong bumper for my car twice... for two different vehicles. The second vehicle I had brought it down there, they had it for 3 days while I drove a rental just for them to call me and tell me they ordered the wrong part so I had to go retrieve my car until they got their ducks in a row. I don't understand how they made this mistake twice - isn't there part numbers for these things? I asked SGI if I could switch shops, they said it was too late because WA had already re-ordered the bumper. When they did finally get the correct part in, they told me it would only take an hour to complete. It took 3+ hours. There is nothing wrong with the actual autobody work that they did from what I can see, just terrible service and a waste of time all around. Take your business elsewhere.

I recently had my vehicle in for repairs at Western Auto Body and they did an amazing job! Not only were the staff very helpful and friendly, but they also helped me move my car seats between my car and the rental they had waiting for me there. The repair was done in a timely manner and when I got my vehicle back it was spotless - clean inside and out! You cannot see where the repair work was done, it matches perfectly! Would absolutely recommend them for any of your repair needs.

The owners and people who are employed there are amazing to deal with. Any issue that I have had is taken care of in a timely manner and they will always do their best to help you out and fight on your behalf with insurance companies. They any all questions with experience and put you at ease. I had to go back after I had issues arise with my vehicle after an accident and it was thoroughly looked into immediately and dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They do amazing work.

i had an accident which required a minimum amount of frame straightening so they were the only place qualified to do it. At the same time i got my rear bumper painted as the front one was already being replaced. First off, they did a wheel alignment and did not center the steering wheel after which in my opinion is amateur hour. Then both of my bumpers, both the new one and the old one, both started to rust in less than 3 months. I contacted them about possible warranty for the paint and they kept making excuses that it was defects in the bumper, even the brand new one, and not the paint etc and kept putting me off hoping i would forget. Now been over a year and they still never fixed or got back to me on it. Next time i will not waste my time and money on autobody paint as always the same excuses when they rust shortly after. very disappointed and my steering wheel is still driving crooked. Drives me crazy.

Took my truck in to repair hail damage to the hood, roof, fenders and doors. I also paid a bit extra to have some minor rust spots fixed. When I was told everything was fixed I went to pickup the truck and they happily took payment for my deductible and for the rust repair. I was told that it would have to bring it back in a few weeks because they broke a piece in the headliner and it was still on order. Fine. But I then discover that a plastic trim peice around the wipers was not replaced. Anne was puzzled why it wasn’t replaced because they did order it. Also discovered after getting home many workmanship issues. The antenna on the fender was not hooked back up. The seat belts in the back were not properly installed and the back seats would not fold back down. The seam sealer they used on the skin of roof looked awful and was not hardening. (They claimed the seam sealer was defective but I think they just forgot to add the hardener) Also the best part the rust spots I paid to get fixed were not done! To their credit they agreed to fix everything. So I took it back for the second round of repairs and when I went to pick it up again I was assured everything was finally done. Nope! Those rust spots I paid to get fixed were still not done. I heard lots of excuses why: It’s busy, personal issues with the technician…blah blah blah. So I go to pick it up a third time and it looks like everything is finally fixed. But no. After driving it a bit I notice the back of the truck rattles a lot which it never did before. They never bolted the bed of the truck down properly! The bolts were all loose! I fixed the bed bolts myself as I never want them to touch this truck again.
