S	Steven Y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove my new 5.7 Vortec, through a blinding snow storm for four hours on the hiway believing that it was justified as I was about to see one of the best motor guys in Alberta for some simple tuning work. What a joke... This fellow took my truck for 20 minutes into his shop and held his hand out for $450. I even bought one of his business shirts. Long to short, he did not do anywhere near what was required, my new engine and the high performance LE60, 4 speed automatic transmission have been fighting each other for over two years. A proper performance mechanic now has my business and I advise that you stay away from this guy.

Needless to say, my expectations are extremely high when I pay someone for automotive work. I have never left a shop with my expectations blown out of the water. Lyndon is an expert in his trade and takes pride and ownership over his work. I had my 2014 Diesel Cruze tuned up with the emissions fix, and Lyndon turned it into a monster that got better than 4L/100 km for mileage. He is one of the few people I've met in this industry that can actually troubleshoot and find the root cause rather than replacing components and hoping for a solution. We had a problem on an older 2005 Lancer that the Mitsubishi Dealership in Lethbridge told us we needed a new engine valued at over $3000. Lyndon fixed the problem for a $100 part. It's worth the trip to Tilley - I would refer this shop to anyone.

Brought my 2012 sierra with a 5.3 vortec here went from 13.5 to 14.0 L/100K down to 10.6 to 12 L/100K highway which isn't prius fuel mileage but he definitely got me closer without driving a prius ? And was great with answering all my questions first vehicle I ever got tuned won't be the last.

Today he solved a 2 year long nightmare that myself (a technician) and about a dozen other technicians, tuners, and Cummins experts could just not solve. I had an issue with my 03 Dodge Cummins where it had been incorrectly programmed as an automatic truck at the dealership after an ECM replacement and nobody could help me get the ECM to accept the stock manual transmission tune it needed to function correctly. Even with dealership level tools and equipment and working alongside one of the most experienced Cummins dealership techs in the country we could not get the ECM in this truck to accept the correct programming. It was looking like a $2500 replacement ECM was seemingly going to be the only fix. A couple hours with Lyndon’s expertise and perseverance, a little trial and error, and some head scratching and we had this issue finally sorted out! It was pretty obvious to me after seeing the equipment and knowledge that Lyndon has that there is probably nobody else in the country that can do what this guy does. It is worth the trip out to his shop in Tilley, I can’t express how happy I am with his work!
