â â â â â J'ai demandĂ© l'avis de gens sur Facebook, a savoir si c'Ă©tais moi le problĂšme avec l'histoire. Heureusement j'ai vu que la majoritĂ© comprenait mon mĂ©contentement. Je vais porter mon portable a la boutique pour qu'on me vende un fil pour mon portable que eux m'avait suggĂ©rĂ© si cetais ça le problĂšme. Il dit non le fil est pas le problĂšme alors je vais vous demander de payer pour un diagnostique pour trouver le problĂšme et on vous rappel. 39.99 plus taxe. Parfait. On me rappel pour me dire que aprĂšs avoir tout dĂ©montĂ© finalement c le fil il en fallait un neuf. Je demande a parler au propriĂ©taire pour lui expliquer la situation et lui dire que mon diagnostique de 39.99 devrait m'ĂȘtre dĂ©duit sur le fil puisque au dĂ©part je venais pour acheter un fil et que le diagnostic avait complĂštement servit rien, faute de professionalisme. Il mdit t venu avec ton ordi Bein automatiquement on charge un diagnostique. J'ai dis c'est quoi le rapport, on charge pas un diagnostique Ă un client pour acheter un fil. Parce que au dĂ©part c ça jvoulais, un fil mais c vous qui m'avez dit que j'avais besoin d'un diagnostic. Donc c'est votre erreur.Je trouve que c'est un gros manque de respect. Je me suis astinĂ©, ya jamais voulu comprendre. De plus dĂšs que nous avons rebranchĂ© le portable, nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il grichait et coupait lors d'Ă©coute vidĂ©o, ce qui n'Ă©tait pas lĂ . Encore plus enrageant. Je ne retournerai pas lĂ !!!!!
