Had to get my car towed to another shop to get that fixed due to them not being an ICBC approved shop. Asked the owner to pay my deductible since it was in their care and they had parked it on the street over night and he agreed to pay half only. They didn't fix my air bags which was a prime reason I brought my car there in the first place. Will not be going back.
A	Al Toon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wonder how I'm impressed with the work they did, well, writing this review is the first thing I'm doing since I got the car and got back home. My car started sounding like a sport car due to some cracks and broken parts in the exhaust etc. So I searched the web for a repair shop nearby and decided to pay them a visit because of their reviews. They inspected the issue, gave me an estimate on th repair cost, which I accepted, and I booked an appointment. Fast forward to the repair day (today), the owner asked me to pay half of what they told me it would cost, when I came back to pick up the car!! So I stood there looking at him and couldn't help it. I had to ask how, because as far as I remember always the opposite of this has happened to me with all the repair shops I visited in my life! He explained they normally estimate higher but in reality charge for the time they really put on the job! They charge me below $150 for this exhaust repair which took about 3 hours (between dropping off and picking up the car). I'm no expert but I found the cost reasonable and fair. The car also sound like it should again. Funny enough, I learned his neighbor repair shop speaks my language - I could tell by the music they were playing. After I paid the invoice I told Vimal, the owner of Westcoast Auto, about it, and the fact that I still decided to give the job to him because of their reviews and I'm glad I did so. I booked another appointment for a full car inspection and oil change.

I was quoted a much higher cost at other places as well as unnecessary services. I only wish I had been going to them sooner. I have recommended them to all my family and friends who have been impressed and happy with their service as well. Everyone should definitely be using West Coast Auto for all their vehicle repairs, services, etc. Dorothy

I , Meng Liang, as the CEO and Founder of New Pacific Group - Real Estate Development, Investment and Tradings in Vancouver BC, we have a fleet of exotic and European totally around 380 cars , SUVs and Trucks for each of our staff and our personal uses. Not only The Managing-Owner Vimal and his WestCoast Auto Repairs Staff gave us the Red Carpet treatment every time we bring in our vehicles, but the Opulence Service and Expertise surpass anywhere including OEM shops like the BMW Store, AUDI (Open Road Group) , Land Rover (Dilawri Group) and all Mercedes-Benz Shops. For example , all the OEM parts required to fix are lower or the same prices as OEM shops but also we saved a tons of money on Diagnostics and the Hourly Labor rates but also Vimal even give us the option of aftermarket parts which comes with better warranty than OEM parts which no one in the business could do for us. Just in the last Year and half we brought in our whole Feet for Oil Changes , Regular Maintenance , Unscheduled repairs like all Fluids Flushes, Brakes, Check Engine lights, Transmission issues , Suspensions issues, Accidental issues, tires, On board Computers Issues , all other very technical and IT related issues, Vimal and his WestCoast Auto Repair Staff ALWAYS HAD THE KNOWLEDGE , LATEST TOOLS (just like OEM SHOPS) , OPULENCE SERVICE AND THE EXPERTISE TO HELP US WITH AND ALSO FIXED EVERYTHING PROMPTLY ! I considered myself lucky to be his customer and highly recommend his shop for all your AUTO-MECHANICAL / TECHNICAL NEEDS , its Better than OEM shops for sure!

After trying a dealership and being charged a massive fee for an inconclusive diagnostic I was getting fed up with no answers. The fine people at west coast replaced the parts needed for a reasonable fee and did so in a very short time frame. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and the transparency. Highly recommend.
