★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place! Came in for a shower, cost me 3$ which is the cheapest I’ve found so far. Staff was super friendly and the washrooms and showers were very clean and adapted to everyone’s needs :)

Seriously need better communications.
Online guide lists courses but no dates, or instructors
Need to go to website to sign up to find information.
No reply's to emails.
Facilities are good, old parts in dire need of upgrade.
Some amazing staff(front desk), others... well they know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful grounds, lots of colourful flowers in the garden bed, plenty of parking, a summer Market on Sunday, staff very helpful in the rec center by the pool. Beautiful walking paths, playground and sports fields.

It is close to many other activity sites and amenities - public library, shopping, variety of businesses, tourist sites, public transit and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senior rate for pickleball has been ELIMINATED (as of January 2022) must pay $6.85 for drop in or purchase punch passes-do they not want Seniors to be active, not many Adults are retired and able to play in the day (just a money grab)? Punch passes and Regional passes include taxes but they are unaware that taxes are included when advertising prices! $44.10 for 10X Senior pass plus tax they say, but $44.10 is actual price; $504 for Regional is also full price! No one contacts waitlist for pickleball when someone cancels so rarely do you have the full 12 players, which can be awkward for subbing in players and very annoying if you want to play and are not contacted. Receptionists at front desk never seem to acknowledge you, unless you're doing a drop in and I've even seen people waiting at the front desk for someone to come out from the back area.
I think they could try harder (or at least act like they care)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go for drop ins for the gym it’s affordable the staff are friendly and the pass allows for the pool as well, which doubles the value.
The gym space is very conventional with a lot of machines two sections for free weights and only two cages for squatting and deadlifts, its by no means a a place for Olympic or CrossFit lifts but for banging out a squat or chest day followed by a sauna and hot tub. Hell for 8 bucks I can’t beat that.
