E	E Lala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the centre to see what it was like and to book a tour for me and my husband. Rang the doorbell at the entrance twice with no response. A lady came out and said hi but was wearing her coat and clearly leaving. I asked her if she worked there and she said yes. Then I told her why I was there as she was rushing down the stairs. She told me to ring the door bell, I told her I did and she offered no other help. I decided to leave because I don’t want our kid going to a place that clearly doesn’t care when the staff members treat potential clients this way. Then saw the lady speeding like a bat out of hell in the parking lot and just managed to snap a photo. It wasn’t very professional or safe in my opinion. There’s a lot of other places that offer daycare at competitive prices with better service , so I won’t be sending my children here.
S	Stacy Lynn Fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this daycare 10 stars I would! Our daughter has been attending WOPC since September and it has been AMAZING! She is so happy to go to daycare every morning. I was nervous about her transitioning to daycare but the staff made our daughter feel so welcomed from the beginning. It is so wonderful knowing that she is eating good, nutritious food and also learning on a daily basis. This was our first daycare choice as I researched and visited MANY and I can definitely say that it is living up to our expectations and even more. They use the HiMama app and I love receiving updates on her day which includes pictures, food and nap log. Now onto the staff-they treat the children like their own. My husband and I never have to worry and know that our daughter is in great hands. All the staff are amazing and we have had interactions with Ms Cathy (director), Ms Tahira, Ms. Gemika, Ms. Deepinder, Ms. Maryanne, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Chona, and Ms. Nancy. Some we don't know their names but they are all wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend this daycare for your child. Thank you WOPC, our family cannot thank you enough for all that you do!

My second child is enrolled at the moment and my first child still talks about WOPC all the time! The consistency of the staff, their dedication, and their care for the children put my mind at ease when I drop off my toddler. The ECE's in the Koala room (and all rooms since my eldest was there as well) keep me updated all day with pictures and always answer my e-mails when I have a question or something to tell them about my child. I cannot express how grateful I am for WOPC. All the staff has gone ABOVE & BEYOND since the start of Covid. During the initial shut down the preschool rooms would do weekly virtual sessions, Cathy (the director) kept families informed with emails and when the centered reopened, the staff put my mind at ease to send my eldest back to finish her year before JK. They are very diligent with following protocols and it shows with the fact that the centre has never had a covid-19 case. I am very thankful for everyone at WOPC and always recommend the centre when colleagues are looking for a daycare in the area.

The teachers at this school are so caring and lovely and Cathy, the director is awesome! They communicate with parents regularly throughout the day through the HiMama App. Anthony has also learned so much. As a child who had a mild language and speech delay, WOPC has helped him develop his language and has been so supportive with this matter by offering to work with speech pathologists. His teachers are always kind enough to chat with me at the end of the day when I pick him up from the outdoor play area. It is so lovely to see the connection they have with their students. We are so lucky to have them caring for our children. I will always recommend this center.
S	Serra Pecino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deciding in whose care to place your most treasured thing in the world is nerve-wracking, difficult and anxiety-inducing experience for most parents; I was no exception. Thankfully, after searching for roughly 6 months, we found WOPC. Cathy, the centre's Director, answered all our questions, explained that the centre is accountable to a Board of Directors, and took great care in putting our minds at ease. My son was enrolled in the infant program at just 1 year old and his teachers were kind, attentive and gave regular updates via email and with the HiMama app. They knew I missed him dearly and sent me photos and updates regularly each day so I could focus on my day. We have had a fantastic experience with the centre as our son has transitioned to the Toddler room and I'm so pleased to say all the teachers he's interacted with have given him the attention and care that any mother would hope to see from her child's care provider.
L	Lei Tao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This daycare centre is definitely one of the best I have used! I have sent my two little ones to quite a few in the past four years. From my own experiences I can’t say enough good things about the centre. The teachers and staff have diverse backgrounds but are all super friendly and caring. The outdoor space is so beautiful with tons of green space as well as a big fenced playground for the kids to run around. Teachers constantly keep parents updated on what the kids are doing and how their days are going via HiMama and I just love the transparency! My son has been going for a few months now and he is loving it everyday and always comes back home happy and content. Strongly recommended!

Drop off and pickup are easy, the staff takes extra care in providing snacks and drinks to the kids throughout the day. One key difference I found between this daycare and others is that staff members take time to know each child at a personal level, and always give detailed reports via the HiMama app when something new and exciting happens.
