★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to go mountain biking. No crazy descent or anything, but if you are looking for hard climbing, finally and narrow trail, this is might be the trail for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good trail for something new. The trail is dog friendly so there is a good chance of seeing dogs off leash if that's your thing. Very scenic trails and not to challenging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a hike, lots of vertical terrain to get the cardio flowing. Trails are fairly well maintained. This is an offshoot of the Seaton hiking trail that runs north to hwy 7. Bring a camera in the fall and you will not be disappointed by the colours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great trail, good wide path mainly with a couple uphills/downhills. there's also a geocache along the trail for some added fun. a small section of the trail is slowly eroding away so take caution there.
