★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t do it right sometimes as they say gas is expensive and they need to make extra money with some service charges as driver was completely upset with small trips and tips. Should pay employees more so they don’t have to go longer way to make money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a cab and was told by dispatch it would be 30-35 minutes. after waiting 40minutes we called again and was told the driver is on his way and would be there in 10 minutes and he would call. we were standing out in the cold (-2) waiting 20 minutes with no call we called again and was told driver would be another 20 minutes. I don't care what service you are providing but lying to people and leaving them out in the cold is unprofessional and unethical. After i explained to their dispatch it was wrong to lie to people and leave them stranded he hung up on me. This company use to be great but I'm guessing its under new ownership and ill never use them again. FYI Kelowna cabs was nice enough to take us home after west cabs left us stranded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stress getting to the airport today! Our driver arrived a little early, helped load our bags and was extremely pleasant during our drive. I was happy to see him waiting for pedestrians and generally driving with great courtesy. The vehicle was spacious and clean. A wonderful start to our trip and only $40 from our home in the lower Mission. Highly recommended.
